Established in 2011 by Foo Jong Hau and Junko Kominami—both respected and experienced yoga teachers in Malaysia—Inspired Yoga Studio has been a place for growth, transformation, and authentic yoga practice.

As a registered Yoga Alliance School, we offer our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) annually. Our program goes beyond just earning a certificate—we focus on equipping you with practical teaching skills, effective class sequencing, and refined techniques to deepen your personal practice.

What truly sets us apart is the confidence and readiness of our graduates. Many of our YTT graduates start teaching right after completing the course, making their mark in the yoga community. While it's common for other programs to produce certified but hesitant instructors, our approach ensures you develop the skills and self-assurance needed to step into the role of a teacher immediately.
